Before deciding which kennel or cattery to board your furry friend with, consider the following:

  • Vaccinations - you will be required to prove that your furry friend is up to date with their vaccinations. This is for the safety of all animals at the kennels or cattery.
  • Do they board both cats and dogs? If your cat is not used to dogs, it may be preferable to board them at a cattery which doesn't also board dogs. Most dogs are pretty vocal and this can be upsetting for some cats.
  • Is there a vet on site? If you pet is elderly or has an ongoing illness, this may be a concern for you.
