Mama-Pichu came to SHUA in late October 2007. She was one of the many elderly cats we find abandoned on the streets every year.
Mama-Pichu was clearly not well. An examination by our vet showed that she had tumours in her liver and abdomen. She was only with us for a very short time before her quality of life started to slip. We did the kindest thing we could and had her euthanased. At least she knew some love and kindness. And thank goodness she didn't have to endure an agonising death from cancer all alone on the streets.
