When we rescued Mr Filo it was obvious that something was seriously wrong. His abdomen was distended - filled with fluid (which is known as ascites) - and yet you could feel his spine easily through the skin on his back.
He was terminally ill and despite having only a few short months at SHUA, Mr Filo made the most of the time he had. He made many friends - both human and furry - and enjoyed lots of cuddles and food. He was with us for such a short time and yet has left a very big hole in our lives. A real character. Rest in peace Mr Filo.
